Article 1 – Applicability These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via www.titanbuilds.nl.
Article 2 – Offer and agreement An agreement is established at the moment you place an order and receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
Article 3 – Prices All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of ordering is binding.
Article 4 – Payment Payment must be made via the payment methods available on our website. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Article 5 – Delivery We deliver within the Netherlands and the EU. Delivery times are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our return policy for the full procedure.

Article 8 – Liability Titan Builds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Article 9 – Applicable law Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
