Shipping via PostNL Orders are shipped securely via PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your shipment. Delivery is typically within 1–3 business days within the Netherlands.
All items are tested and inspected before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Local personal delivery We also offer personal delivery for customers in and around Amsterdam. If you select this option at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. During delivery, we can also assist with installation and setup if needed.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.
Damage during shipping If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@titanbuilds.nl with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
