Return and Refund Policy

At Titan Builds, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Below you will find our terms for returns and refunds.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

How to request a return or cancellation

Sign in to your account and open the order you want to return or cancel. Select the items and submit the request from there.

Every request is reviewed by us before it is approved. Once it is, you will receive return instructions by email. If you would rather not use your account, you can still email support@titanbuilds.nl with your order number and we will handle it the same way.

Return conditions

• Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

All products are tested and inspected before shipping. Questions about warranties or product issues fall under our warranty policy.
