Four things happen to your machine.

In this order, every time, whether it is the cheapest build on the site or the most expensive one.

  1. Specify

    The configurator checks socket, memory generation, power headroom, card clearance, cooler height, radiator fit and board form factor while you choose. A part that cannot go in the machine tells you which other part is stopping it, in a sentence, before you pay.

  2. Assemble

    Built by hand from the sheet your order generated. No substitutions: if a part is not available the build stops and you hear about it, rather than quietly receiving something adjacent.

  3. Wire

    Cabling is done twice. Once to get the machine running, then again properly, with the routes planned around airflow rather than around whatever was quickest. The side panel closes without pressure.

  4. Test

    A clean Windows 11 install and a full test pass on every part before the machine is boxed. Refurbished components go through the same pass as new ones, which is the entire reason they are worth buying.

Tested is a verb here.

Every part, not a sample

A test pass covers each component in the machine. On a build made of refurbished parts that is the whole proposition: the saving is real and the risk is not passed on to you.

Nothing ships that throttled

A machine that cannot hold its clocks under load is not finished, it is faulty. If it throttles on the bench it does not go in the box.

Windows, clean

A fresh install with nothing added. No trial software, no toolbars, no launcher that pays us to sit on your desktop.

The side nobody photographs.

Cable management is the part of a build that costs time and returns nothing you can put on a spec sheet. It is also the part that decides how a machine runs in year three: whether air moves the way the case was designed to move it, and whether the next person to open it can work in there.

In the box

Your packing slip is the build sheet.

Not a receipt with a line reading “Custom PC”. Every choice you made is written on the sheet the machine was built from, and the same sheet ships in the box. If you upgrade in two years, you already know exactly what is in there.

Getting it to you

Or we bring it, and set it up.

Local delivery means what it sounds like. The machine arrives at your door and gets connected and set up with you, so it is running before we leave. If you would rather it just arrived, insured shipping is the other option. Both are chosen at checkout.
